We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to support our operational processes in the US shift hours. The ideal candidate will execute assigned processes according to standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves handling routine and non-routine tasks, providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Execution: Execute assigned processes according to standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Entry and Management: Input, verify, and maintain data in relevant systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in processes, collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve them promptly.
  • Reporting: Generate and review reports related to process performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, changes, and any issues encountered.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication of process-related information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements to streamline operations.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English: Proficient in English with excellent grammar and punctuation skills.
  • Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with use of computer and software for editing transcripts.
  • Experience: Experience in transcript editing or related field preferred but not required.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge: Sufficient knowledge relating to necessary transcription software/tool.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Basic Understanding: Basic understanding of arbitration or court proceedings will be helpful.

Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in English Literature, History, Social Sciences, or Law.
