Job Title:

Modeling and Process Expert

Responsibilities:
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable user needs.
  • Develop functional specifications for user requirements, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Write unit test scripts, integration scripts, assist in UAT scripts, help write test cases, perform impact assessment of change.
  • Design or modify workflows, bill of process, specs, operations to optimize performance.
  • Develop or modify business rules to streamline processes.
  • Create or modify master data, including product master, resource management to support efficient operations.
  • Oversee site modelers, provide training and development opportunities, and direct assigned tasks.
  • Manage team workload balance and assist as needed during priority issues.
  • Provide technical assistance to application support teams during critical situations.
