Job Overview

As a seasoned business expert, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to document and analyze data requirements for engineering projects. You will work hand-in-hand with data engineers and scientists to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and document project requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze existing data processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to project deliverables, requirements, and data processes.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Participate in project planning discussions to provide insights based on business needs.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Utilize Agile project management tools like Jira for tracking and issue management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a data engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
