Job Title Analytical Process Specialist

As an Analytical Process Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our business processes. This is a challenging opportunity for individuals who are passionate about process modeling, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain process models that meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Partner with process owners and stakeholders to identify process optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Maintain linkages within process models to support deliverables and reporting.

Requirements:
  1. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including subject matter experts, process owners, and senior leadership.
  2. Process Modeling & Documentation: 2+ years of experience working with process modeling standards, MS Visio, Signavio, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  3. Financial Services Experience: Demonstrated experience in control & risk management, financial services, and banking.
