Global Order Management Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide global support and development in areas such as Order Management and SAP Order-to-Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects with minimal guidance, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure effective use of technology in supporting end-to-end O2C process.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to simplify/optimize processes, aiming for global standardization and building relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors.
  • Implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 and SAC & business intelligence system, providing actionable insights on Order-to-Cash performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.
  • Perform system enhancements and developments, including writing functional specifications for requirements, technical design, configuration, testing, documentation, and collaborating with SAP cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited University.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, with strong knowledge in entire Order to Cash Process.
  • Involved in at least two full-cycle ERP implementations.
  • Cross-functional integration of SAP S4 SD module with PP, MM/WM, CS, PS, and FI/CO modules.
  • Ability to lead projects with minimal guidance.
