Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of procurement transaction processing.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading vendor invoices into our system and assigning them to the correct CPM based on project lists. They will also accurately enter invoice details, validate duplicate or already posted Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Receipt (IR) against purchase orders, and post GR-IR transactions in our system.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Upload vendor invoices into our system and assign them to the correct CPM based on project lists.
  • Accurate Data Entry: Accurately enter invoice details including invoice number, gross amount, deductions, VAT, net payable, payment terms, and GST applicability.
  • Validation and Verification: Validate duplicate or already posted Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Receipt (IR) against purchase orders to prevent errors.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Verify necessary documentation for GR approvals and reject invoices if required.
  • Transaction Processing: Post GR-IR transactions in our system, ensuring matching of materials, services, and quantities between purchase orders and invoices.
