Job Overview:

This is a senior leadership role that oversees global operations spanning multiple regions and legal entities. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, as well as partnership with business leadership for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of business finance strategies for emerging businesses.
  • Analyse industry landscapes to identify market trends, competitive actions, and combative counter plans.
  • Pursue strategic collaborations with partners from finance and supply chain functions.
  • Drive operational excellence through deep dive analytics on business drivers and lead change execution with support teams.
  • Develop, implement, and improve business area policies and finance procedures and controls.
  • Evaluate risks in financial transactions, accounting, taxation, treasury, and design mitigation plans to minimize risk.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to devise financial plans and strategies.
  • C coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for driving business excellence and facilitating change management.

Requirements:

  • CA/CMA/CWA with business exposure.
  • Post-Graduate from a tier 1 business school in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
  • 12-15 years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a digital/SaaS/marketplace environment.
