
Process Improvement Specialist

The Process Excellence Lead is responsible for optimizing end-to-end business operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving business growth through process efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
This role involves overseeing client management, people & performance management, and cross-functional team leadership to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement operational excellence frameworks to drive business transformation
- Develop and manage detailed KPI tables across all businesses in the e-commerce domain
- Identify and lead improvement initiatives in internal business/operational processes
- Implement innovation and automation to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
- Engage employees in various operational excellence initiatives
- Ensure service delivery standards are met, including people management, performance tracking, and adherence to policies/standards
Project and Team Management:
- Oversee multiple projects across different lines of business, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Lead a diverse team of 20+ members, including business analysts, process excellence leads, and content developers
Operational and Process Excellence:
- Identify process gaps and implement efficient solutions to improve workflows and service delivery
- Work closely with process excellence analysts to standardize operations and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Attributes:
- At least 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated project/program management skills
- Extensive understanding of mistake-proofing and automation tools
- Lean Six Sigma GB certified (or BB trained) is an added advantage
- Experience in the e-commerce/internet industry is an added advantage
- People management skills
- Great communication skills, self-motivated, independent worker, excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team across multiple functions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
