Business System Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and documenting business systems requirements, analyzing user needs, and identifying process improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. As a Business System Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on business systems requirements, analyze user needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional specifications for development teams to implement system changes.
  3. User Test Cases: Define and develop user test cases, validate test results, and provide third-level support for production systems.
  4. Communication: Collaborate with technical teams, communicate project progress to associates and management, and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and application integration methods.
  • Strong domain knowledge in at least one business area.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams.
