Business Development Lead

Client Partnership Building:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
Candidate Sourcing and Delivery Services:
  • Understand client requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both client and company.
Sales Performance Tracking:
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress to leadership.
Market Trends and Client Insights:
  • Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
