As a seasoned professional in Oracle PBCS, you will be responsible for leading the solution build and guiding the project team to ensure successful implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.

  • 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)
  • 6+ successful end-to-end implementations in HP and E/PBCS
  • Excellent technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration
  • Functional understanding of the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process
  • Strong understanding of the integration capability of HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as great presentation skills to articulate the business and technologies to internal/external stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
  • Confident and assertive
  • Open for long/short-term travel based on project needs
  • Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be an added advantage
