We are currently seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an end-user, power user or administrator of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.)
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning
  • Good understanding and knowledge on FCCS, ARCS
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC)
  • 3+ years of strong understanding and hands on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials)
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
