Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM professional to join our team as a functional consultant. In this role, you will be working closely with clients to understand their business processes and implement Oracle SCM Cloud modules.

As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for mapping customer business processes to Fusion Procurement, Order Management/PRICING, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing & other SCM Cloud Modules.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. They should operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, and apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

They should demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, act as the team lead on projects, effectively consult with management of customer organizations, participate in business development activities, and develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Our ideal candidate should have overall 4 to 7 Years' experience with minimum 2+ years Consulting/Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP application. Expertise in at least 2 Fusion SCM modules is essential. Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementation experience in Oracle ERP is required. Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills are necessary. They should be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments.
