EBS SCM Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert-level support and services for Oracle EBS 12x applications, specifically in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module. This includes planning, coordinating, and implementing effective solutions that cater to our clients' unique needs.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze functional specifications, design solutions, and execute data conversions.
  • Implementing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle EBS 12x applications across various modules, including Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, and BOM.
  • Providing top-notch customer service and client-facing experience through proactive communication, issue resolution, and training as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will require a combination of technical expertise and soft skills. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS 12x modules, including SCM Mfg, and hands-on experience in O2CP2P processes.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12x, with a focus on Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, and BOM.
  • Proficiency in multiple technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, Alerts, and ADI Data Loader.
  • Experience working with SCM MFG tables and views.
