
Service Support Professional

The company seeks a skilled technical professional to join its IT support team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in both French and English, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of service requests.
- Deliver support services in French and English to users with varying language proficiency levels.
- Log and manage service requests, incidents, and problems using industry-standard service management tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets, permissions, and access issues, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, applications, and tools to provide expert solutions and recommendations.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary, ensuring seamless handovers and minimal disruption to services.
- Ensure all requests and incidents are tracked and resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide remote support through secure remote desktop tools and other communication methods, leveraging technology to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support specialists, engineers, and managers, to improve overall service quality and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications, as well as familiarity with IT service management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support experiences that meet or exceed user expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with remote support tools, including TeamViewer and Remote Desktop, and basic knowledge of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
