We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to lead our compensation and benefits strategy.
- This role will involve developing and overseeing the organization's compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with HRIS platforms in Workday, knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to compensation and benefits, high attention to detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the organization's compensation and benefits strategy.
- Assist in developing and maintaining compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and job grading systems.
- Design and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs that support business objectives and workforce needs.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Conduct market analyses and participate in salary surveys.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams.
- Support design and communication of total rewards programs.
- Manage benefits enrollment and resolve employee queries.
- Contribute to internal audits and reporting requirements.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on compensation trends and cost analysis.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field of study, or related practical experience. Master's degree preferred, but not required.
