Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

The Infrastructure Development Specialist will assist in planning, executing, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensure work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and specifications, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to guarantee a smooth workflow.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct regular quality checks on materials and workmanship, ensure adherence to safety standards at the construction site, report any issues or deviations immediately to the Senior Engineer.
  • Project Management: Assist in preparing daily progress reports, track material usage and requirements for ongoing work, support in preparing Bills of Quantities, estimates, and project documentation.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with Senior Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers, provide technical support to site workers, communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings & Auto CAD
  • Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Strong communication & team coordination abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction projects
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
