Project Manager Position

This role is part of a larger delivery management practice within our organisation.

  • Our Project Managers are responsible for the successful and consistent delivery of software solutions to customers across various industries.
  • They must effectively manage commercial aspects, ensuring committed revenue and maintaining healthy margins.
  • Effective change management is also crucial in securing additional revenue for our organisation.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice. You will help implement best practices and new methodologies, and ensure that projects are delivered as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget, resulting in higher revenue and maintained healthy margins.

Our Project Managers work with a diverse portfolio of customers and projects that vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case throughout their tenure.

Key Responsibilities

  • SUCCESSFUL PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION BY USING PROVEN PROJECT MANAGEMENT BEST PRACTICES & METHODOLOGIES.
  • MANAGE A PROJECT TEAM OF FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL)
  • GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS TO CONVERSE WITH THE CLIENT IN A KNOWLEDGABLE AND CONFIDENT MANNER.
  • BUILD TRUSTED CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT LIFECYCLE.
  • INTERPRET DIFFERENT COMMERCIAL AND CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND MANAGE THE PROJECT AS PER AGREED TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT.
  • SUPPORT COUNTRY SERVICES LEADERS, PRACTICE LEADS AND SALES TEAMS ON PRE-SALES ACTIVITY AND PROPOSALS (INCL. STATEMENTS OF WORK APPROVALS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT ESTIMATES)
  • ADHERE TO PMO GOVERNANCE & PROJECT REPORTING USING PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS.

Experience & Qualifications

  • OVERALL 15+ YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE.
  • 8+ YEARS OF EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGER EXPERIENCE.
  • WORKED IN A REPUTABLE ORGANISATION WITH SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT/TECHNICAL DELIVERY MANAGEMENT.
  • SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE IN WATERFALL & AGILE METHODOLOGY.
  • DELIVERED END-2-END LARGE/MEDIUM SOFTWARE PROJECTS.
  • GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF RISK, FRAUD, ORIGINATIONS, CUSTOMER ONBOARDING DOMAINS.
  • EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS IN LOAN ORIGINATIONS, FRAUD, DECISIONING, CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT.
  • EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING CLOUD-BASED IMPLEMENTATIONS & ON-PREM SOLUTIONS.
  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR HIGHER OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE.
  • PMP OR EQUIVALENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATIONS LIKE SCRUM MASTER, SAFe.
  • WILLING TO TRAVEL (20-30%).

  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO WORK WELL WITH INTERNAL & EXTERNAL TEAMS AND VARYING LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT.
  • PROFICIENT IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH.
  • ABILITY TO FUNCTION EFFECTIVELY IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
  • ABILITY TO INDEPENDENTLY DRIVE PROJECTS THROUGH TO COMPLETION.
  • HIGHLY COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO BUILD, MANAGE AND MOTIVATE PROJECT TEAMS SPREAD ACROSS GEOGRAPHIES, DEPARTMENTS AND ORGANISATIONS (CLIENTS AND PARTNERS).
