Deal Specialist

 

  • Commercial Pricing Expertise
    • Develop comprehensive pricing strategies, aligning with customer needs and commercial terms.
  • Risk Mitigation and Contract Governance
    • Ensure commercial alignment with risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws, and other relevant factors.
    • Review and discuss contracts with internal teams (delivery, legal, business) and participate in customer negotiations.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Prepare detailed deal P&Ls according to IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet.
    • Develop deal termination schedules.
  • Accounting and Cost Management Optimization
    • Identify accounting treatments for cost items in deal P&Ls, aligning with GAAP and IFRS.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussions.
  • Commercial Risk Identification and Mitigation
    • Identify commercial risks in deals, highlight them to leadership, and suggest mitigation approaches.
  • Reporting and Compliance Support
    • Collaborate with finance team functions on reporting and accounting requirements.
    • Interface and coordinate with development teams on system enhancements and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Organizational Adaptability
    • Multitask between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
