Air Freight Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Air Freight Pricing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive pricing proposals, coordinating with carriers and agents, and supporting the sales and operations teams to secure air freight business.
- Obtain and analyze air freight rates from carriers, agents, and service providers.
- Prepare and submit pricing quotations to sales teams and clients in a timely manner.
- Support sales teams with rate negotiations and tailored pricing solutions.
- Coordinate with airlines and consolidators to ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain an updated database of rate tariffs, surcharges, and airline schedules.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
All quotes and pricing activities must comply with client requirements.
This role requires adaptability to rotational shifts and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air freight pricing or freight forwarding.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software tools.
