Job Overview:

A dynamic and strategic Construction Project Manager is required to lead high-profile water supply and irrigation projects. With a strong background in civil engineering and project management, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  2. Manage project teams and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.
  3. Plan and manage resources, manpower, and materials to achieve targeted performance.
  4. Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  5. Resolve issues related to permits, permissions, and regulations.
  6. Implement quality control measures, safety protocols, and environmental policies.
  7. Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in water supply or irrigation project management
  • BE /B.Tech /ME Civil degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial aspects, risk management, and strategic decision-making
