Responsibilities:

  • Successfully execute projects using project management best practices and methodologies
  • Lead a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal & external)

  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms and manage projects as per agreed terms and conditions
  • Support leadership on pre-sales activity and proposals

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of working experience
  • 8+ years of effective project manager experience
  • Worked in reputable organizations like banks, system integrators, product companies, or software organizations
  • Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management
  • Delivered end-to-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodology
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%)

  • Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi, Marathi (optional)
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion
  • Highly collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams spread across geographies, departments, and organizations
