Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep technical and project execution knowledge in the clean energy domain.

  • Drive the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects – from concept, feasibility, design, execution, commissioning to handover and operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across EPC, commercial & industrial operations.
  • Align project execution with corporate vision, growth strategy, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend technology options, project partnerships, and business models for optimal impact.
  • Oversee multiple project portfolios with a sharp focus on timely delivery, quality control, and cost optimization.
  • Implement robust project monitoring systems (dashboards, KPIs, risk tracking).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in senior leadership roles in Renewable Energy/BESS/EPC domain.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end solar/wind/hybrid or BESS projects.
