Job Title: Senior Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Team Lead to drive strategic recruitment initiatives in the US market. This role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and outstanding communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, along with strong team leadership skills and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced US Engineering Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met
  • Drive recruitment for complex US-based Engineering roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries
  • SOURCE candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters
  • Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to US time zones
