Job Title: Cloud Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Team Lead to lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing highly automated delivery pipelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud hosting, on-premise infrastructure architecture, and automation of end-to-end release engineering processes.

This technical role requires senior-level skills in DevOps, including experience with design, build, and management of automated delivery pipelines using Infrastructure as Code.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement highly automated delivery pipelines
  • Collaborate with product teams to deploy applications on the cloud
  • Monitor product environments in real-time
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, analyze logs, and apply fixes
  • Handle manual and repetitive maintenance tasks that are technical in nature

Required Skills And Experience :

The successful candidate should have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in handling DevOps, preferably leading a team for 2 years
  • Experience with DevOps work driven mainly in the cloud (OCI, Google, AWS, Azure) environment
  • Excellent understanding of DevOps principles
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Git, and Release process
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure development using Terraform
  • Proficient in containerization & deployment management, Docker & Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience deploying microservices and other web applications
  • Experience with Ansible or equivalent CM tool
  • Experience with modern monitoring solutions, including Elasticsearch/Kibana/Grafana/Prometheus stack
  • Strong knowledge of Code Review and Security tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across Product teams and Customers
  • Exposure to MLOps, deploying and monitoring ML models to production will be an asset
