Senior Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our global engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, driving technical vision, and aligning with business strategy.

The role involves:

  • Building and mentoring high-performing teams that drive continuous delivery and innovation.
  • Developing and executing technical strategies that support business goals.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive technical excellence.

The successful candidate will be a decisive risk-taker focused on outcomes, with a strong advocacy of automated testing, continuous delivery, and software quality.

The team is responsible for building low-latency, high-throughput, scalable, fault-tolerant systems using modern programming languages, including Java. Experience with containerization and running production systems in public cloud environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in software development.
  • Strong background in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
  • Experience with modern programming languages, including Java, and agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
