Job Title: IVR & Dialer Specialist
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled IVR & Dialer Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IVR systems, as well as developing and troubleshooting dialer software.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain IVR systems, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Develop and troubleshoot dialer software, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate dialer systems with other technologies.
- Design and implement outbound campaign strategies, leveraging dialing techniques to optimize results.
- Develop custom reports to analyze dialer performance and MIS data.
- Provide exceptional support to users, resolving technical issues and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain patch and compliance management, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Familiarity with Aspect/Alvaria dialer is highly desirable.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- In-depth knowledge of IVR and dialer technology, including voice technology and PRI.
- Expertise in IVR development and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of integration with other systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret MIS data and develop insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
