**Event Coordinator Role Overview**">

Job Summary:

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful execution of events. Your primary responsibility will be to liaison with vendors, ensuring seamless event delivery according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and coordinate with selected vendors for equipment procurement to guarantee smooth event execution as per schedule.
  • Develop a detailed plan for client servicing teams for event execution, review progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Process invoices and total cost sheets, obtain approvals, and ensure post-event financial closure.
  • Provide innovative solutions to clients for event production based on both cost and quality factors.
  • Implement cost-saving measures to maximize event profitability.
  • Source quotations from at least three vendors for equipment supply before finalizing a vendor.
  • Prepare a final cost sheet (in specified format) for the entire event and secure approvals from the Events Head.
