Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our international expansion, focusing on India's premium tea and wellness market.

This is an equity + investment-based role for someone who wants to co-create a global brand rather than simply take on an executive position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and hospitality groups in India and other international markets (Middle East, Asia).
  • Develop robust supply chains and distribution networks across D2C, retail, HORECA, and exports.
  • Pursue commercial opportunities through market analysis, business development, and networking.
  • Shape market strategy for India and other international markets.
  • Represent us with investors, trade councils, and industry networks.
Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience in FMCG, beverages, or wellness brand scaling (Europe, Asia, India).
  • A strong network in distribution, retail, HORECA, or exports.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, quality, and growth.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to invest both capital and operational expertise.
  • A passion for tea, wellness, and building a legacy brand.
