Are you passionate about helping professionals succeed in technical interviews?

We're a leading IT Technology consulting firm with headquarters in Atlanta and London, providing top-notch technical solutions to companies across various industries.

As our Technical Interview Coach, you will play a crucial role in coaching our consultants to become effective interview storytellers. You will work closely with them to identify areas of challenge, devise improvement plans, and track progress.

Your expertise in observing interview preparation sessions, actual interviews, and implementing documented plans for improvement will be invaluable to our team.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Studying job descriptions to make observations about potential client pain points and how to address them during an interview
  • Studying historic interview questions from past interviews
  • Speaking to resumes and giving highly detailed narratives/descriptions of their past work and contributions
  • Presenting best-in-class soft skills, selling skills, and actively-engaging-the-interviewer skills
  • History and examples of holding individuals accountable

In return, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
