Role Description

This is a remote role for a Career Specialist at Interview Node in Bengaluru. The Career Specialist will be responsible for providing career counseling to candidates in the US, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Career Counseling and Career Development skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science


Job Details

  • This role would require you to speak to customers in the US
  • You are expected to work US working hours
  • Detailed training on pitch and product would be given before you actually start dialling
  • You would be expected to get a certain number of webinar registrations every week
