Job Overview:

The role of Training and Development Coordinator at Getinge India requires an individual to coordinate with the Global Academy Training Team to implement mandatory trainings for employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of these trainings.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with HR, GETI members, and Line Managers to identify individual employee training needs and assign relevant trainings via GetLearning.
  • Coordinate with Learning Manager, SAPAC, product-specific Global Lead Trainers, and CoE coordinators to plan Train The Trainer certifications (TTT Module A, B & C) for nominated Sales & Service Product Trainers in India.
  • Assign LinkedIn online trainings based on individual developmental areas in coordination with HR and respective Line Managers, explaining the process for accessing these trainings through the GetLearning platform.
  • Monitor training progress by generating weekly records of all employees' training completion and updating management accordingly. Additionally, ensure that Getinge India employees complete all mandatory trainings on time.
  • Manage distributor trainings within GetLearning, support distributors in resolving technical glitches, and monitor their training completion status, updating management accordingly.

SAPAC Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with HR to provide new employees with training on the Getinge Learning Management system (GetLearning), covering various topics such as training processes, functions, and available trainings.
  • Organize qualified sales and service trainings on different products in collaboration with respective BA Heads, Zonal HODs, and Product Managers/Trainers, creating qualified sessions in GetLearning, registering participants, and ensuring they complete pre-requisites before attending sessions.
  • Manage certification and recertification status for customer-facing staff, updating their certificates accordingly in the ISO folder.
  • Support employees in resolving technical issues within GetLearning and raise tickets on their behalf to prompt support from the GetLearning Technical Support team for unresolved or complicated issues.
  • Create dealer accounts in MyProfile to register new dealer/distributor employees in GetLearning and assist them in resolving technical glitches.
  • Regularly attend coordinator's calls conducted by GetLearning Global Admin to stay updated on the latest information and changes and inform the local team accordingly.
  • Perform general administration tasks such as report generation, test requests, TTT approval processes, troubleshooting, and auditing data retrieval upon request.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in training coordination within a large setup.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in science.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven organization.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
