Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Background Verification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing onboarding documentation, coordinating with agencies, and working on verification tools.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering results, we encourage you to apply.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding documentation for candidates.
- Coordinate with BGC agencies (HireRight, FADV, LabCorp, etc.).
- Work on VMS / Beeline tools.
- Set up new client accounts & complete onboarding activities.
- Follow up with candidates & agencies to expedite background verification.
- Attend client calls for audits & background check requirements.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Background Verification
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Attention to detail & strong follow-up skills
