ServiceNow Technical Lead

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and communication abilities to deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Management: Prioritize, organize, and manage incoming tasks, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Task Assignment: Allocate tasks based on skillsets, workload, and project requirements.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as primary liaison with customers, gathering requirements and providing updates.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor team members, fostering collaboration and providing technical guidance.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Oversee solution design, development, and implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance ServiceNow functionality.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track performance, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate and resolve complex technical or customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
  • Technical skills: proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration, familiarity with ITIL processes, knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs.
  • Soft skills: strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving mindset.
