About the Role:

Job Title: Senior Lead - Partnership

Location: Mumbai

The individual will be responsible for establishing and managing key partnerships with banks/NBFCs/lenders and overseeing the relationship.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and managing the partnership vertical from scratch and scaling it.
  • Initiating and managing client engagement by building relationships at CXO level.
  • Leading negotiations with banks and financial institutions for alignment on commercials, credit policy, operational processes, collections, etc.
  • Designing and implementing growth strategies to grow the client base within specific geographies.
  • Responsible for designing and executing partnership programs and products with partners.
  • Responsible for developing the process of new client acquisition.
  • Overseeing the onboarding of NBFCs and FIs in the system.
  • Responsible for managing partnerships, scaling them, and accountable for delivery on business from each partner. Own the P&L for delivery at a partner level.
  • Reviewing the market landscape, identifying partners, reviewing business models of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships for review.
  • Designing new products working closely with Risk/Analytics teams for specific client segments to grow the business digitally end-to-end leveraging own/partner platforms.

About You:

  • You should have an engineering background from a premier college.
  • MBA from a tier-1 B School will be preferable.
  • Should possess 10+ years of relevant experience in co-lending business for various channels in financial services.
  • Must be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organization (CXOs to analysts), get work done by various people.
  • Must think strategically – convey as much in stakeholder conversations and aid in thought leadership within the team.
  • Should be ambitious and can work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
