Key Maintenance Role

The ideal candidate will take charge of all equipment, utilities and facility upkeep at our manufacturing facilities.

This includes overseeing preventative and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery, woodworking equipment, utilities and infrastructure across the campus.

The role requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee a team of technicians, electricians and maintenance engineers.

The selected candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in industrial maintenance preferably in furniture, manufacturing or engineering environments.

  • Responsibilities include planning and implementing preventative maintenance schedules, leading timely response to breakdowns with root cause analysis, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime of CNCs, edge banders, panel saws, sanding machines, compressors, dust collectors etc.

Skillset Required:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 15+ years of industrial maintenance experience including 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with electrical panels, PLC-based systems and utilities
  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments required
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
