Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with industry experience in Exports, GST, MCA, Subsidy Consulting or CA firm background who can drive both client delivery and business growth.

  • As the lead consultant across service lines: GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance and Corporate Consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients ensuring accuracy, compliance and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions audits and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members set performance standards and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning operations and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
