Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into data science problems.
  • Designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
  • Preprocessing, cleaning, and analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Deploying ML models into production environments using MLOps practices.
  • Building data pipelines and working with engineers to ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions.
  • Conducting experiments, performing model validation, and optimizing performance.
  • Developing dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to business teams.
  • Mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to best practices in coding, documentation, and model governance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and AI solution development.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design, develop, and optimize machine learning models.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and deployment of ML models into production environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices.
