We are looking for a talented individual who can take our data science initiatives to the next level. As a Data Science Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models that drive business growth and innovation.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements and develop ML solutions that meet their needs. You will also analyze and improve the performance of existing ML models by optimizing algorithms and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.

To be successful in this role, you should have 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning with a technical background. You should also have experience focused on production projects only, and be proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, API development, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
