Position: AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expert - Pharma Commercial Analytics

This role involves leading advanced analytics projects from the US to India, executing secondary data analytics to address business challenges, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects on HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communicate complex analytics to stakeholders, ensuring clear business strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting.
  • Marketing analytics (preferred).
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
  • Data Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA or Symphony data.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
  • Qualitative Attributes:
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
