Job Title: Strategic HR Operations Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to head our Human Resources Operations function across the organization.
This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and managing a team of senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.
The incumbent will report directly to the CHRO and will be instrumental in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with our company's long-term goals.
Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR Operations: Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams, drive implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, take ownership of the Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation, strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions, proactively handle grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation, define and implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience, act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders including senior leadership and business heads.
- Manage and Mentor Team Members: Develop and execute strategies to improve HR operations, manage talent acquisition, development, and retention, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the HR team.
- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Design and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives, identify areas for process improvement, develop and implement solutions to address these gaps, provide regular updates to senior leadership on HR initiatives and progress.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business heads, and employees, communicate effectively with diverse groups, facilitate meetings and discussions to achieve shared goals.
- MBA in HR from Top Tier Institutions: Proven ability to apply HR knowledge and principles to drive business outcomes, analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions, demonstrate expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organizational design.
- 20+ Years of Experience in HR Operations: Senior level experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations, proven track record of driving change and improving HR processes, demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level while managing complex operational details.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, anticipate and respond to changing business needs, drive results-oriented action plans.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders, communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business operations, financials, and industry trends, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
