Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Cell Production department in delivering high-quality output and yield, while ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Production Performance: Oversee the production process to ensure seamless execution of SOPs.
  • Mechanical/Solar/Chemical Expertise: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or a related field is highly beneficial.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Engineering & Trials Management: Effectively handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and computer skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to guarantee products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate adaptability and ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in solar cell manufacturing or a related industry.
