Job Opportunity: Gain Hands-on Experience in Business Operations

 

About the Job:

  • This internship provides a unique opportunity to work in different operational teams and gain hands-on experience in business operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  2. Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  5. Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  6. Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
  7. Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Full-time internship opportunity, working 9 hours including 1 hour break, minimum duration of 9 months.
  • Availability to work on weekends based on business requirement.
  • Comp off or OT (overtime allowance) given for working on off days.
