Job Title: Business Operations AssistantIn this dynamic role, you will contribute to the success of our Reporting function by handling international accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping: You will be responsible for posting purchase ledger and sales ledger transactions.
  • Banking: Your tasks will include posting and reconciliation, month-end close, and reports for the business unit as per set deadlines.
  • Sales: You will be responsible for raising invoices.
  • Payments: Your duties will involve preparing and obtaining approval for payments.
  • Month-end activities: You will be responsible for posting month-end accruals, prepayments, inter-company, and depreciation journals.

Requirements:
  • You should possess a CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance background.
  • You should have minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • You should be proficient in English communication.
  • You should remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • You should deliver on commitments with a sense of urgency.
  • You should work with utmost integrity, doing the right thing.
  • You should be a structured thinker, anticipating and solving problems.
  • You should build positive working relationships.
