Job Description

To lead the factory’s occupational health services, ensuring statutory compliance and promoting employee well-being. This role involves managing medical emergencies and preventive health programs.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
  • Provide medical care and emergency treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Supervise and manage the Occupational Health Centre and its staff.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and submit required health reports.
  • Participate in health and safety committees and audits.
  • Implement health awareness and disease prevention programs.
  • Advise management on occupational health risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards across the factory.


Qualifications & Experience:

MBBS degree from a recognized university + Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH). Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/occupational health settings.
