Job Overview

The role of the Campaign Operations Manager involves owning and influencing the Demand Factory. This entails collaborating with marketing operations to optimize and release updates/new models.

Key responsibilities include governing lead routing and lead flow, ensuring seamless delivery of leads created and routed to Sales. The manager will also document lead management process, enrichment, lead routing rules, and supporting technologies and integrations.

Another key responsibility is implementing and administering marketing technologies using best practices that focus on demand creation and capture. This includes managing a team of 3-5 campaign operations specialists.

The Campaign Operations Manager will prioritize data quality, ensuring proper collection and connection with other systems and exploring innovative ways to enrich the marketing data set, cleanse data, and maintain best practices around marketing and data privacy.

To excel in this role, you will need to develop strong working relationships with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
