Job Opportunity

  • Spearhead the development of SAP enhancements, reports, and additional developments by gathering, validating, and documenting user requirements. Effectively manage the SAP Change Request life cycle – from requirement gathering, testing in DEV/Quality, to deployment in Production.
  • Support accurate and timely SAP Master Data Management (MDM) uploads and collaborate with SAP support partners for incident resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with functional leads (MM, QM, SD, PP, FICO, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Projects) to ensure seamless business process operations. Coordinate Unit Testing / Integration Testing / UAT before moving changes to production environment.
  • Promote successful cross-functional SAP-related initiatives as Project Coordinator, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment. Maintain adherence to pharmaceutical IT regulations (Data Integrity, GxP, Audit Trail, Validation).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation (Change Requests, Test Scripts, SOPs, Training materials). Deliver end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support for SAP-related issues.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with IT Governance, Change Management, and Audit standards.

Required Expertise

  • SAP certification(s) in MM / SD / PP / QM / FICO or S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of inter-module integration and SAP landscape (DEV, QAS, PRD).
  • Familiarity with GxP, GMP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 compliance requirements is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with project coordination, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and documentation (SOPs, CRs, Test Scripts) is required.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and end-user training skills.
  • Show ability to handle multiple priorities under strict timelines while ensuring compliance and quality.
