Results-Driven Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven digital marketing professional to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze daily performance metrics and adjust campaign strategies accordingly to ensure optimal results.
  • Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copies, and formats to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing funnels and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
