We're seeking a seasoned Advertising Campaign Specialist to spearhead paid advertising efforts across Google Ads platforms.

This role involves strategizing, setting up, and managing campaigns to drive high ROI and align with client goals.

  • Spearhead keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and test ad copies, extensions, and creative assets for better CTR & conversions.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability.
  • Create detailed reports & insights for clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and platform features.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to align on funnels, tracking, and testing.
Requirements
  • 4+ years proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of scaling Ecommerce / High-Ticket campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
