Shape and scale customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
\We are looking for a Product Strategy – Growth professional with 4–6 years of experience to combine strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution.
\The role uses data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

- Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments\
- B build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement\
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance\
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies\
- Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas\
- Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred\
- 4-6 years total experience, at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
