We are looking for a Product Strategy – Growth professional with 4–6 years of experience to combine strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution.

The role uses data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance\
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies\
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas\
  • Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred\
  • 4-6 years total experience, at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
